Body by Scotty came into existence as a back yard auto body shop on five acres in Post Falls, Idaho in 1990. In 1994 Body by Scotty opened a state-of-the-art 4864 square foot auto body shop at 311 E. 3rd. in Post Falls. The first few years of business the whole family worked endlessly to make Body by Scotty a success. Due to hard work Body by Scotty developed a strong customer base that we cherish to this day. In fact, many of these customers and their extended families still use our services and remember the days of our back yard body shop. With Body by Scotty’s dedication to providing customers with the highest quality repairs possible the business continued to grow. In 1999 we found the need to expand our building and another 3648 square foot of production space. In 2001 we added our office space. Body by Scotty is very proud of serving Northern Idaho and Eastern Washington auto body needs for over 25 years.

Body by Scotty is a full service vehicle collision repair business, with services including: towing , frame straightening, sheet metal fiberglass repair, and paint refinishing. The facility accommodates cars, pick-ups, equipment, recreational vehicles and boats. We also do award-winning restorations of classic cars, which incidentally, was the backyard beginning of the business.

To show our appreciation and gratefulness to the community for the support Body by Scotty hosted the 1st Annual Block Party in July of 1994 and on July 30th, 2016 Body by Scotty will host our 22nd Annual Block Party.
